Belgian Witbier, 4.7% ABV

Wheat, Wit, and a Bit of Wisdom

Bright, hazy, and full of character—this Belgian-style witbier speaks in citrus and spice. Zesty orange peel and coriander lead the way with floral hints of geranium, while soft notes of tart vanilla, honey, and wheat play across the palate. A pillowy white head, medium body, and crisp carbonation keep things clean and refreshing. It finishes dry, tart, and wise beyond its ABV

BREWER’S NOTES:

  • MALT: Pilsner Malt, Acidulated Malt, Raw Wheat, Oats,
  • HOPS: Hallertau Mittelfrau
  • YEAST: Quebecois
  • SPECIAL INGREDIENTS: Bitter Orange Peel, Corriander

Hazy and pale in color with solid white foam. Bright citrus and floral(geranium) notes from the whirlpool addition of bitter orange zest and coriander(cilantro(sh) seed). Medium bodied but quickly cleansed by the carbonation, the flavor hits first with tart vanilla/honey and citrus followed by a mild bitterness. Dry and tart wheat forward finish.
