Take your taste buds on an adventure with this deep blue-purple beauty. Bursting with aromas of fresh yogurt, tangy lemon juice, ripe blueberries, and just a hint of coffee, this experimental brew is unlike anything you’ve tried before. On the palate, expect a bright blend of blueberry and lemon up front, finishing with a smooth coffee note and a surprisingly full body for its ABV. Less sour than some of our other creations—this one’s all about balance, intrigue, and fun.

BREWER’S NOTES:

MALT: Pilsner, Wheat, Oats
HOPS: Hallertau
YEAST: US-05
SPECIAL INGREDIENTS: Kettle Sour, Blueberry, Lemon, Coffee

Pours a deep blue/purple. Aroma of fresh yogurt/lemon juice, blueberry, and coffee. Not as sour as some of our other beers. More blueberry/lemon on the palate with coffee at the end and a full body considering the ABV. A fun experimental beer.
