BREWER’S NOTES:

MALT: Mais Otter, Crystal Medium, Flaked Barley, Acidulated Malt
HOPS: Strata, Azacca, Mosaic, Meridian
YEAST: US-05

Pours a bright auburn color with white, frothy foam. Aroma releases with gripping passionfruit, mango, and guava. The flavor has subtle notes of red fruit overwhelmed quickly by the intense passionfruit and ripe papaya combo of Mosaic and Azacca, which then yields the resinous citrus of Strata. The finish drives forth with a touch of bitterness to balance the Pacific Northwest malt bill.
