Meet St. Pete’s, a stout as bold and unyielding as the rock of Saint Peter. Dark, strong, and imbued with character, it’s a beer that holds the keys to a heavenly experience. A beer fit for the daring and devout!

BREWER’S NOTES:

  • MALT: Maris Otter, Roasted Barley, Pale Chocolate, Chocolate, Flaked Barley, Caramalt, T50, Black Malt, Carafa Sp 2
  • HOPS: CTZ
  • YEAST: US-05
  • SPECIAL INGREDIENTS: Vanilla, Cacao, Cinnamon, Dragon’s Breath Peppers 

Pours a pitch black with slight deep red edges when held to the light and a rich brown head. Aromas of creme brulee, chocolate, caramel and oak greet the nose. The flavor is balanced with roast and alcohol counteracting the sweet malt and vanilla notes. The finish lingers without being overtly cloying.
