A Saintly Belgian Pale Ale with a Wild Side

Righteously complex and bone-dry, St. Francis pours a deep gold with a towering white head, delivering an aroma rich with clove, black pepper, caramel malt, and a whisper of Brett funk. The first sip is a bold awakening—earthy Brett character and hop bitterness take center stage, while subtle acidity lingers in the background. Deeply flavorful yet profoundly dry, this ale is a true testament to tradition, patience, and the wild beauty of fermentation.
