BREWER’S NOTES:

MALT: Pilsner, Munich, Caramunich, Carafa Special
HOPS: Hallertau Mittelfruh
YEAST: Lager
SPECIAL INGREDIENTS:

Pours black with an off white head. Aroma of clean smoke, coffee, and noble hops. The smoke is more restrained than suggested by the aroma. Additional flavors of dark chocolate and a hint of roast. Bitterness is balanced. As with all our smoke beers it takes a few sips to get accustomed to the smoke but after you adjust they are easy to drink.
