BREWER’S NOTES:

  • MALT: Pilsner, Beachwood smoked malt
  • HOPS: Hallertau mittelfru
  • YEAST: 34-70
  • SPECIAL INGREDIENTS: Sauergut

Aroma of clean beechwood smoke, sweet malt, some floral hops. The flavor mimics the aroma with more smoke (but not as pronounced as you’d think based on the aroma) and a moderate amount of bitterness. Dry and light.
