Rich layers of molasses and cacao combined with a biscuity roastiness and just the right amount of alcohol for cool winter days. Think of it as liquid “manna from heaven”, just waiting to fill your glass with hope and cheer!

BREWER’S NOTES:

  • MALT: Maris Otter, Pale Chocolate, Black Malt, Munich Malt
  • HOPS: First Gold
  • YEAST: US-05

Appearance is a black to extremely dark brown with frothy tan head. Aroma is of biscuity grains with cacao nibs, baker’s chocolate, and roast character. Flavor is light on the tongue but distinctly dark cacao, fudge, and subtle hop characters. Coffee and dark chocolates hold after.
