BREWER’S NOTES:

  • MALT: Carafoam, Vienna, Wheat Malt, Acidulated Malt
  • HOPS: Phoenix
  • YEAST: Kettle Sour
  • SPECIAL INGREDIENTS: Fresh Basil, Blackberry Puree

Pours a beautiful pink/purple, noticeably tart on the nose with a peppery aroma from the basil. Lightly sour, with a tart blackberry flavor at the front, followed basil notes, earthy complexity, and cooked blackberry. The whole beer is supported by a wheat forward body that balances the restrained acidity.
