BREWER’S NOTES:

Pouring a light gold to straw color with a white foam, this beer appears to be a traditional pils. However, unlike most of its Austin counterparts, this pilsner is made with all German ingredients. Aromas are dominated by grassy, hay-like characters with grass and floral components. Flavor leads with a complex blend of graininess, floral noble hops, and delicate yeast esters that remain in the background. Light on the tongue, dry, lightly bitter, and immensely refreshing, all of Germany’s finest ingredients are on display.
