Pouring a golden straw hue with a soft, lacy foam, PMD greets you with crisp aromas of cracker, grain, and just a whisper of lager yeast. It’s dry, clean, and refreshing—with a gentle hint of clove spice that keeps things interesting. Light-bodied but full of charm, this is a no-fuss, all-flavor lager built for pure, satisfying sips.

BREWER’S NOTES:

MALT: Pilsner Malt, Acidulated Malt
HOPS: Spalt Select, Hallertau
YEAST: German Lager

Pours a straw yellow in color with a white lacy foam. Nose is dominated by light cracker and grainy aromas with a very light touch of lager yeast esters. Flavor is dry, crisp and light, blending together light cracker and grain with a refreshing snap that hint at cloves. Light and refreshing, it’s a pure drinking lager.
