Santa, aka Nick Jr, stopped by Lazarus to drop off some kegs of his signature brew – Old St. Nick. This spiced graf features flavors of mulling spices, orange peel, and baked apples (YUM).

BREWER’S NOTES:

  • MALT: Maris Otter, Crystal, Wheat
  • HOPS: First Gold
  • YEAST: US-05
  • SPECIAL INGREDIENTS: Northern Spy, McIntosh Apple

Pours a slightly hazy golden orange with a white head. Fresh apple pie and mulling spices dominate the aroma. The flavor is a nice balance of bready malt, more mulling spices, and orange peel with baked apple. The high ABV of this beer is almost completely hidden.
