BREWER’S NOTES:

MALT: Pilsner Malt, CaraPils, Acidulated Malt
HOPS: Saphir
YEAST: 34/70

Aroma jumps from the glass with notes of geraniums, lemon curd and brioche. Pours a straw color with a rocky white head. Flavor is immediately lead by the Saphir with bright lemon and clementine citrus notes progressing into floral and herbal notes of hyacinth, honeysuckle and ginger with definitive notes of light baked cracker. Extremely crisp, the character washes away quickly with a refreshingly dry hoppy finish without medicinal bitterness.
