Brewed in support of Hill Country flood recovery efforts, this a dark beer built for hot weather: smooth, surprisingly light, and easy to enjoy, with just enough complexity to keep it interesting.

MALT: Pilsner, Carafa, Caramunich
HOPS: CZ Saaz
YEAST: 34/70
SPECIAL INGREDIENTS: Corn Syrup

Pours dark amber with an off white head. Aroma of roasted malts with some caramel/coffee and little to no hop aroma. Medium in body with a nice balance of sweetness and roasted flavors. An approachable dark beer perfect for the hot weather.
