HOPS: Huell Melon/ Hallertau
YEAST: German lager

Pours a straw yellow in color with a white lacey foam. Aroma of light crackery malt, melon rind, light citrus, and noble spice. Flavor follows the nose with a mid-high bitterness. A total crusher and brewer favorite.
