HOPS: Spalt Select, Hallertau
YEAST: Kolsch Yeast

Pours pale straw with white lacing. Aroma is driven by malt graininess with subdued fruit esters from the yeast along with a touch of citrus/floral noble hop character. Flavor is much the same, balancing grainy background malt character with a crisp noble hop touch.
