Oktoberfest is a sacred time of year in Germany, and we are bringing what would be enjoyed there to Austin. This Oktoberfest is a representation of a modern beer to be served at this renowned festival. Pouring a bright copper color, aroma leads with a hint of baked pear and raisin followed by light caramel and fresh bread. The flavor fills the palate with a medium body, blending notes of caramel notes and hints of nuttiness. The finish is dry from low residual sugar with low bitterness and no acidity.
