Fermented with both ale yeast and lager yeast in a nod to Genessee Cream Ale from NYS (“Smooth like a lager and crisp like an ale”) Pours pale gold w. a white head. Aroma of fresh corn, sweet malt, and American hops. A hot weather crusher.
