Hotel California

A West Coast Escape in Every Sip
Welcome to the tropi-cool side of bitter. Hotel California pours pale straw with a crisp white head and rolls out the red carpet of aroma—think Sauvignon Blanc, gooseberry, kiwi, and passionfruit, like a fruit-forward welcome drink with attitude. On the palate, it’s bold and bitter in all the right ways, backed by a juicy wave of tropical flavor and that unmistakable Nelson Sauvin swagger. Punchy, aromatic, and dangerously drinkable—this IPA’s got serious main character energy. Check in, sip slow (or don’t), and enjoy the ride.
BREWER’S NOTES:
- MALT: Extra Pale Pils, Carafoam
- HOPS: Nelson Sauvin (NZ)
- YEAST: US-05
Pours pale straw with a white head. Aroma of white wine (Sauvignon Blanc), gooseberry, kiwi, and passionfruit. Bitter on the palate with fresh tropical fruit and more classic Nelson Sauvin character. The punchy bitterness and saturated hop flavor/aroma makes it very drinkable despite the ABV.
