BREWER’S NOTES:

MALT: Pilsner, Flaked Corn
HOPS: Hallertau
YEAST: 34/70
SPECIAL INGREDIENTS: Lime Puree, electrolytes

Pours a hazy gold with a white head. Crackery ,alt with a corn sweetness and a hint of lime and salt on the palate. We intentionally went light on the salt and lime and used them to balance the malt/corn sweetness.
