MALT: Pilsner Malt, Acidulated Malt
HOPS: Blanc, Melon
YEAST: Quebecois

Appearance is a light straw yellow color with a solid white foam. Aroma leads with notes of banana and white pepper. Medium body with an initial sweetness that gives way to under ripe banana and a touch of clove. Dry clean finish with flavors of coriander citrus and banana runts subtley lingering on the pallet.
