BREWER’S NOTES:

MALT: Floor Malted Bohemian Pilsner, Floor Malted Bohemian Dark, Carabohemian, Carafa Sp 2
HOPS: Saaz
YEAST: Lager

Pours dark brown with rich garnet tones on the edges. Aroma is mild with hints of multi grain toast, brown sugar and dark dried fruit. The flavor balance in this beer will depend heavily on the pour. The more foam and/or higher the temperature will present a slightly sweeter experience while a full pour/colder serve will drink a bit drier with a touch of roast.
