YEAST: Quebecois
SPECIAL INGREDIENTS: Local Wildflower Honey, Belgian Candi Syrup

Dry, complex and sneaky high in ABV. Aroma of wildflowers, clove, light sweet malt and stone fruit. Dry as a bone on the palate with moderate bitterness and a finish reminiscent of honey with all the sugar removed.
