In collaboration with our friends at Fierce Whiskers, this special release adds a layer of intrigue to our rice lager with the aromatic lift of gin barrels. The Maqaw peppercorn’s subtle spice mingles with notes of botanicals and a hint of oak, creating a smooth yet complex profile that’s as rare as a true treasure.

BREWER’S NOTES:

  • MALT: Pilsner Malt, Flaked Rice, Carapils, Acidulated Malt
  • HOPS: Hallertauer Mittelfuh, Saphir, Spalt Select, Tettnanger
  • YEAST: Lager
  • SPECIAL INGREDIENTS: Fierce Whisker Gin Barrel, Maqaw Peppercorn from Taiwan

Pours a golden straw color with a light, fleeting head. Aroma of ginger, grapefruit/lemon, juniper, and baking spice. Flavor follows the aroma with a hint of wood character and a hint of booze in the finish.
