Set sail with ‘Black Pearl’ – A rice lager that’s a treasure trove of flavors. Brewed with Maqaw peppercorn, this light and crisp brew offers notes of lemongrass, ginger, and a whisper of coconut, inspired by exotic travels and the spirit of adventure.

BREWER’S NOTES:

  • MALT: Pilsner Malt, Flaked Rice, Carapils, Acidulated Malt
  • HOPS: Hallertauer Mittelfuh, Saphir, Spalt Select, Tettnanger
  • YEAST: Lager
  • SPECIAL INGREDIENTS: Maqaw Peppercorn from Taiwan

Pours a golden straw color with a light fleeting head. Lacing is minimal but present. Aroma leads with coconut, lemongrass, floral, geranium, and graininess. Flavor is light, crisp, refreshing, and packed full of beautiful flavor combinations of lemon, slight pepper, and light grain.
