BREWER’S NOTES:

MALT: Pilsner, Carafa, Caramunich
HOPS: Hallertau
YEAST: 34/70

Deep and complex with notes of caramel and a very slight hint of roast/coffee. The peppercorns add a lemon oil and floral character that is predominately picked up in the aroma and in the finish.
