Pale straw in the glass with a crisp white head, Birthday Suit bursts with the aroma of fresh pineapple, ripe mango, and bright citrus. On the palate, it delivers a punch of grapefruit zest and juicy tropical fruit, balanced by a firm, refreshing bitterness. Saturated hop flavor makes it dangerously drinkable for its ABV.

BREWER’S NOTES:

  • MALT: Pilsner, Pale Wheat
  • HOPS: Krush, Mosaic Cryo, Citra Cryo
  • YEAST: US-05

Pours pale straw with a white head. Aroma of fresh tropical fruit (pineapple, mango) and bright citrus. Bitter on the palate with fresh grapefruit zest and more tropical fruit. The punchy bitterness and saturated hop flavor/aroma makes it very drinkable despite the ABV.
