The Sky’s Even Bigger in Texas

Inspired by our friends in Montana and brewed in the heart of Texas, Big Sky IPA is an ode to the brewery that inspired Lazarus. Fresh grapefruit and pine are the standout flavors in this brew, harmonizing beautifully for a refreshing and bold experience.

BREWER’S NOTES:

  • MALT: Pilsner Malt, Crystal 75, Carapils, Flaked Barley, Acidulated Malt
  • HOPS: Centennial, Simcoe Cryo
  • YEAST: American Ale

Old school IPA paying homage to the OG of Missoula. Big Sky pours a deep amber/orange with a lacy white head. Aroma is pine with citrus (Mandarin orange and grapefruit forward) notes coming through. Flavor leads with graham cracker/ malty backbone and hints of grapefruit juice, ends with citrus pith and slight bitterness. Big Sky IPA will make you want to grab a couple cans (or a sixtel) and head up to the Treasure State.
