Facing the storm of the century? You need the Abominable on your side! A classic IPA loaded with pine and citrus, balanced against a rich malty backbone. It’s a bumble of a beer, perfect for chilly weather! Boasting flavors of grapefruit zest, candied orange, and pine.

BREWER’S NOTES:

• MALT: Maris Otter, 2row, Crystal
• HOPS: Centennial, Cascade, Chinook
• YEAST: Ale

Inspired by two of our favorite winter beers – Isolation and Celebration – this beer expresses the joy of resiny hops balanced by a solid malt backbone. Bright copper with a clean white head. Pine, grapefruit and dank aromas sit atop biscuit, caramel and red fruit. The palate is greeted by lemon and grapefruit zest leading into candied orange and sweet malt. Finally a wave of earthy pine sap and resin cut through the sweet backbone without leaving a lingering bitterness.
