OUR “DESERT ISLAND” BEER

If we were lost in the wilderness with only one beer to drink for the rest of our life, this would be it. Gigantic, hoppy goodness. This one will have you going to the well again and again!

BREWER’S NOTES:

  • MALT: Pilsner Malt, Caramel Pils Malt, Wheat Malt, Acidulated Malt
  • HOPS: Ahtanum, Simcoe, Citra, Amarillo, Centennial
  • YEAST: US-05 (Chico)

Aroma leads with intense passion fruit, grapefruit citrus, and tropical fruit. Flavor is much of the same with intense fruit notes that are dominated with grapefruit and heavy backup notes of intense tropical fruit. Maltiness is pushed to the background. Pours a bright golden/hay color and a nice white, lacy foam.
